Sure, get a mail client that supports a "reply to list" or "reply to
group" feature. Oh, and while your at it, get everybody else to use one
as well. I've found that mutt and evolution support this quite well.
Here's somebody's thought on how to get people to think about
reply-to-all

Thinking about it would alleviate most of this problem, as people would
remove people who are obviously on the mailing list from their replies.
