it's interesting to read about what goes on "behind
the scenes." you've got excellent ideas for improvements.
all of the database and perl programming intimidates
me away from volunteering. but your plans to make
it easier to put in some volunteer work sound great.
i didn't realize how manual the process was. it's
begging for automation. keep it up David!
