i'd format that as:
<prompt>#</prompt> <command>umount</umount> <parameter>/mnt/vol2</parameter>

loading it with some more tags :
<screen>
<prompt>#</prompt> <command>umount</command>
</screen>

<screen>
<parameter><filename>/mnt/vol2</filename></parameter> <filename><parameter>/mnt/vol2</parameter></filename>
</screen>

if you want to suggest that the user can change the parameter to suit
their system then:
<screen>
<prompt>#</prompt> <command>umount</command> <filename><parameter><replaceable>/mnt/vol2</replaceable></parameter></filename>
</screen>

or
<screen>
<prompt>#</prompt> <command>umount</command> <userinput><filename><parameter>/mnt/vol2</parameter></filename></userinput>
</screen>

but since that is a lot of tags, i wouldn't really use _all_ of them.
