Linuxdoc permits (encourages) omitting end tags (like </title>). I've
read that xml requires end tags. So one can't make linuxdoc into xml
without putting in the end tags first. Also, linuxdoc can use double
spacing for separating paragraphs instead of using <p> tags. Xml
doesn't allow shortcuts like this.
