Toc=x was the right thing to do! But I can't figure out why I get the
imagebuttons "next reveous" etc. They apairs only if I chose multiple
files. In the manual it says that you may
specify the --imagebuttons parameter to sgml2html to get them. I get
these buttons if I select multiple files.
