I think the solution there is to 1) have trusted people whose changes
don't need review and 2) have the maintainer do a cvs diff (or diff,
whichever) and do the commit themselves.
This is turning into a really cool idea, and it doesn't even seem all
that hard to implement. Thanks for the great idea Martin!
