The draft looks quite good. I haven't gone through it in detail, but
what I looked at was clear and well written. Good job, and thanks.
We are always grateful for authors who produce such good work.

I like your Jefferson page, btw. He's certainly a candidate for
Internet Sainthood. But does the IETF or the W3C do the canonization?

I think the most thoughtful feature in Windows is the blue screen. Such a
nice, soothing color, just when I need soothing the most. Now if only it
could play that mellow newage startup music during hard hangs.
