Grab the SGML from our web-based CVS tree and begin work!
I would cite the original author in the "heading"/meta area
(M. Leo Cooper). I'm pretty sure that was what David was
referring to - thanking you as the new maintainer and M. Leo
Cooper for turning over the HOWTO, and for his excellent past
efforts on the document.
