Try reading the Headers of your own Mail:
List-Post: ####@####.####
List-Help: ####@####.####
List-Unsubscribe: ####@####.####
List-Subscribe: ####@####.####
(Whereas rico=noris.de is my own eMailadress with which iam subscribed,
substitute the '=' with '@')
