Let's make sure we're talking the same thing here. Yes, we do accept
documents that require permission before commercial printing for sale.
But we don't accept documents that cannot be used freely by a
commercial enterprise, right? That was the issue involved with the
RUTE Guide, which is why we moved it to non-free. So I guess I should
say we do accept them, but we list them separately.
