Hello
I have problems with the french HOWTO's I found on linuxdoc and elsewhere.
the pdf version is very ugly, difficult to read (the english one is OK). This
is true on my suse distro as well as on the ibiblio ftp given by the linuxdoc
link.
I could run pdf2ps, but the ps result is as bad as is the pdf one. Seems to
be a font problem, but I don't know how change that (I create perfectly good
pdf on my linux computer, readable on any window one).
I tried to switch to the sgml one, but none of my sgml backend (sgmltools,
db2, docbook2) accepts the french sgml!
finally I could no find a single page html version.
the tests was done on the DOS-Win to linux Howto.
any idea?
