Thanks for writing.
We already have documents on both of those subjects, so there is no
point in creating new ones that cover the same ground. See the SMB
HOWTO at http://www.linuxdoc.org/HOWTO/SMB-HOWTO.html and the DNS
HOWTO at http://www.linuxdoc.org/HOWTO/DNS-HOWTO.html to see what we
already have.
I appreciate your wanting to contribute to the project, so please
don't just walk away because of what I said. Instead, why don't you
take a look at what we already have and see if you can make it better?
