Correct.

We accept all of those formats:

    SGML - Linuxdoc, DocBook v3.x, DocBook v4.x
    XML  - DocBook v4.1.2

We *prefer* DocBook 4.x SGML or XML, but it's not something we
are forcing people to work in. Linuxdoc SGML is still accepted.
