Here's what I uses for linuxdoc. I also had ones for typewriter font
but that doesn't seem to translate into docbook very well (since a
font is represnts presentation rather than a content). The reason
each is shown twice is that one is for use in command mode (nmap)
while the other is for use in insert mode (imap). The typed code for
them is the same in both modes.
