it's right, however gives a very simple output (no toc)

on my suse 7.2, the db2 code is from a @suse.de man.

I think it's from caldera

not so, when a ditrib man works on a product, one can be sure it works on 
it's distro. docbook don't seems to be really standard.

for my configuration db2 is the only really good product, but this may not be 
right for others
