Our Docbook percentage is now at 45% and approaching 50% gradually.
Soon, the collection will be *mostly Docbook* !!!

Oh frabjous day!

Thanks to all of you who have been working hard on Docbook
conversions. It is paying off. We're getting there.

Our free license percentage is sitting at only 26%, however, a
miserable figure. That number includes GFDL, GPL and OPL.
