Hello all,

I have started designing a HOWTO about secure Linux web gateway.

Basically, the idea is very simple and I think VERY much needed. You have
a box at home on a fast connection with squid and SSH. If you want to
browse the web and it is not allowed/not advisable/paranoia is
finally getting to you connect from another location via ssh port forward
to a squid port and then surf through ssh and squid. No urls seen, no web
content. Client can be UNIX and Windows (will also be described).

Are you already excited?

Please direct all feedback to ####@####.#### since I am about to
unsub from the list.

Regards,
