nope db2 uses jade (at least no "jw" in the script)
all these are scripts, so I looked after them to see :-)
db2 are only links to db2x.sh, bash script from SuSE. The author adresse is
at suse.de and suse version is tested inside. may be this is why they gives
the best result on my Suse install :-)
docbook2xxxx are scripts using jw and jw itself is a caldera program (at
least the author is from caldera)
sgmltools are from Cees de Groot and don't mention docbook at all. However
they manage to give a quite good result with docbook sgml (but without toc),
at least from LyX docbook.
