Sounds like you're using Red Hat 7.1, or one of the other OSs that's
shipping tools based on the LSB SGML spec.  The new tools are
"officially" docbook2*.  On Red Hat, there are symlinks to db2*, for
"compatability" with the old tools (they're not quite compatible, but
ignore that unless something breaks).
