Yes.

My preference is DocBook XML, DocBook 4.x, DocBook 3.x, LinuxDoc. I
discourage LinuxDoc but we do accept it.

This isn't a real clearly stated and agreed to decision that we've
made, just the feeling of the group. Most of us prefer DocBook; a few
like LinuxDoc better. And if you're going to use DocBook, XML is
better than SGML, while later versions are better.
