I send this to ldp discuss, but I think it's better to continue the thread on
the suse ml (open, you can subscribe if you want. If you don't, I can send
you the result if any)

my LyX / docbook docuument passes the David Meryl docbook processor, so I
think that LyX is able to write docbook giving some small fixes (see my other
mail), but I still can't have good results at home and it's really a problem
for me.

I presume something is wrong in my personnal install (suse 7.2)

docbook2html uses jade and gives many error messages of this kind

jade:/usr/share/sgml/docbook/docbook-dsssl-stylesheets-1.64/html/../html/../common/dbl1ru.dsl:80:24:E:
general entity "rcy" not defined and no default entity

after 200 messages it stops. the given result seems correct but is of course
not complete

sgmltools -b html uses openjade, gives this error message:

/usr/bin/openjade:/usr/share/sgml/CATALOG.docbook_4:22:0:W: DTDDECL catalog
entries are not supported

and gives a correct result, complete, but without toc. My doc being small
this is not a real problem, but I prefere the result of docbook2 (that of
david processor)

can you see what is wrong for me?

thanks
jdd
