Hey,

Do we have a policy on how to manage version numbers when we do a
source code conversion? If I convert a doc into docbook, but make no
other changes, should the version be incremented?

I'm thinking we should use the third digit as an "edition" number, as
in...

Major.minor.edition
2.0.0 becomes 2.0.1

Thoughts?
