I can't understand why. should be to UK law if langage is involved!

if LDP was an US corporated organisation, could be, but LDP is nothing so.

For example, Gylhem is french, the LPD is not french for that...

I think the licence is located with the author, not the reader. but a lawyer 
is required!!
