Hi pals,
As long as I finish porting Oracle-HOWTO to Portuguese
(in the official way) I wanna do an Apache-Oracle-Howto
which tells you how to set up a development environment and
build PL/SQL - web applications using Apache through mod_plsql.
So I was wondering...
since there is an Oracle-HOWTO already, can I create this one
separetely (like a new HOWTO or a mini-HOWTO)
or should I contact the author to include my document ?

PS: PL/SQL stands for Procedure Language, it's the Oracle native
procedural language , pretty similar to PASCAL.
