Then may I respectfully suggest that as an international co-operative
effort we do something *immediately* to remedy this extremely one-sided
situation ?
(It should be obvious that it has great potential for provoking
vicious and unnecessary flame-wars.)
Ideas anyone?
UNESCO ? Offshore sites ? Multiple mirrors throughout the world ?
