I think that's reasonable, having a `default' license. I don't think
there is any support here for any kind of license enforcement (hell,
we can't even enforce DocBook!), but having a default doesn't seem to
violate that.
Are we going to have to have the licensing wars XIV now, though?
They seem to have more sequels than Rocky. ;-)
