Sorry, but I didn't get what you said here. 

This is the markup for DocBook. You're saying that Linuxdoc DTD should
be modified to allow a similar markup? If you saying so, I agree with
you. 

Is there anybody willing to hack the Linuxdoc DTD to support these?
Please, note that formatting tools should also be hacked to render
these in a suitable way. (IIRC, Linuxdoc doesn't use DSSSL
stylesheets...).
