Hi,

I'm working at the first draft of the Romanian-HOWTO, in behalf of RTFS
group:

http://rtfs.sourceforge.net/

I have a few questions regarding the format of the master document:

1. Is it ok to use 8859-2 characters in the master? Is it ok to use this
declaration?:

<?xml version='1.0' encoding='ISO-8859-2'?>

(8859-1 was replaced with 8859-2)

2. LDP Author Guide seems to be very focused on SGML. We want to write
the master in XML. Is there any addition to the LDP A. G. that will
cover XML in more detail?

P.S.: When i'm saying "8859-2" characters, i'm thinking of these:

ş Ş ţ Ţ ă Ă î Î â Â

These 10 characters are all the romanian-specific characters.
