I can read Spanish.

Clearly, he's borrowed a lot of information from the HOWTOs, but how
else would he have learned any of this?  Don't know enough about the
HOWTO's to say if this is direct translation.

For example, look at page 253 of the PDF.  The title reads "How to use
CBQ".  34.1.1 is "About cbq".  34.1.2 is "Understanding bit rate" and
the table at the bottom breaks down various bit-per-second and
byte-per-second multiples.  Doesn't talk about power of 2: 1 MB/s is a
million bytes per second.

Is there anything just like this in a HOWTO about CBQ?  Like I said, I
don't know enough about the HOWTO's to say.
