Well, my attention is drawn to the following bit:
Licencia: Reconocimiento-NoComercial-CompartirIgual 2.1
Google translates this to: "License: Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike
2.1".
That's an obvious reference to the Creative Commons License.
I notice the prominent link to what appears to be the PDF of the book,
which is freely downloadable right there. The link to Lulu.com goes to a
page where you can order the printed version of the book, and there's
another link there to buy the downloadable version of the book. I have no
idea if you'll end up downloading the same PDF via Lulu, with the only
difference being that you paid for it.
I don't know what was the license of the original English HOWTO. Presuming
that it's also CC non-commercial, CC's definition is "Noncommercial — You
may not use this work for commercial purposes." I don't know whether this
means that it's permissible to sell a printed version of the documentation,
as long as you provide a freely-downloadable PDF.
Running the rest of that page through Google's translator, the bottom part
of the page appears to be a message board, that's frequented by the
translator. So, the translator should be reachable via that same page.
