The script requires no additional files, only standard Perl extensions
(which -may- need to be installed, but Perl will happily complain about
missing them and there aren't standard names for every system distribution)
and your document file.

I attached my script (it may have been removed by the list, but is small and
text).  It does not currently support images but if I saw a full docbook tag
for images it would be trivial to add support.

Images may be more difficult to use anyway, as presumably their storage
location would change between local, wiki, and exported locations.  A clear
idea of potential inputs and desired output would help whoever writes that.

It supports sect1 sect2, etc, section tags and any other displayed tags
could (potentially) be trivial to add given the other examples; they weren't
in the file I was working with which is why they can be added if someone
else uses them.


An open question is the correctness of the output that is currently
produced; as I don't really see any signs of automatic indexing like the
docbook version offers.
