right now I only know of html->wiki conversion and still buggy.

I don't think you will find one. Wiki is by nature a non single author
system. We have to simply quote the original author on the beginning.
(We can also, but this is a manual fix, allow editing only to one
people if necessary).
There is a macro for mail (obfuscation). Revision history is
automatic, the wiki->xml conversion giving a list of the wiki history.
So best way (?) may be to convert these tags as titles/subtitles
