After following the authoring guide which said to use docbook XML, then
finding out on the mailing list that using the wiki was preferred I looked
for an existing solution to port the contents to the wiki.
In message 11630 by Svetoslav Petkov Chukov, a stylesheet was provided.
However a stylesheet wasn't smart enough for my needs, more precice handling
of whitespace, conversion of elements, and respect for nested lists was
required.
However, in producing this there are a number of docbook elements that I am
having trouble finding wiki-equivilents for:

Can someone please link me to, or inform me how to provide this information
to the wiki?
The current version of the script is attached. It isn't perfect, but should
get most of the work done.
