Probably not too much work. We "exposed" the <othercredit> tag
without too much difficulty. This wouldn't take much - unless
we want to add strings to preface the entry, then we must/should
consider localization...again, doable, but more effort.
Need to figure out how it should look when rendered (style) and
then I can work on getting the customization into ldp.dsl.
