You have an opinon. That's great. Everyone should have a few.
However, I think it's pretty obvious that a judge would slap down your
opinion and enter summary judgement against you pretty much instantly.
I'll just trust to readers of this mailing list to see why, people
here being generally smart enough to figure out that judges' understanding of
"licence omits any right of modification" is going to be the obvious one.
In short, I'm writing you off as unreasonable (in the traditional
context-challlenged geek fashion) on this matter, and am disengaging
from further discussion about it.
