He (or she) is not. Machtelt Garrels last went thru the mirror list
and eliminated dead mirrors etc. in Mar. 2004. Then perhaps a year
later, she wrote that someone needs to volunteer to take the job of
mirror maintainer. No response. So right now it seems that Greg
Ferguson is making some changes to the mirror list per requests on the
staff mailing list (usually from Sergius who . No one is really
maintaining it.
