The author is also the LDP Coordinator, but as you can see that HOWTO
hasn't been updated in two years. Guylhem is a medical student and I'm
sure his studies are keeping him very busy. He's not been around much
all year.

Microsoft allowed us to [remove Internet Explorer from Windows] but we don't
think we should have to ask permission every time we want to make some
minor software modification. Windows is an operating system, not a
religion.
