I hope your right. I've been on this list for a long time though,
every years some enthusiastic newbie arrives, tries to get things
going and lands up getting burnt up in the resulting flame war.

Most LDP policies are fine, it's the lack of implementation and
redundancy that causes problems.

I'm getting tired of waiting, I wish it would get here faster.

1. We need to get leadership.
2. The present staff seem to do very little and aren't being held accountable.
3. We need at least 2 people for each staff position, so that if the
one can't be reached the other can do the job.
