I think so too. I guess this needs to be put into my proposed
author-howto. Done. One problem is the name "HOWTO". To not become
obsolete as quickly, HOWTOs needs to explain the "whys" of the situation
and not just be a list of steps that possibly could be done by a
script. But I guess we are stuck with HOWTO although the contents
need to go beyond the "how" and explain why it works this way.
