IMHO, this don't fit entirely.
If somebody, suddenly, have the idea "I should become a LDP author",
he's probably not the kind of author we need...
So we should adress two kind of people:
* true author: somebody have already ideas of a HOWTO he wants to
write or have already (partially or completely) written. This is the
target the author HOWTO should have
* Somebody want to volunteer for the LDP (remember Guylhem sent us
many e-mails of such people). Then we should - for now - urge these
people to first *review* present material and submit the review.
This should be the best way to
- learn linuxdoc/docbook
- for us evaluate the value of the help
may be the wiki should be the better place to write the draft and edit
it? fir this HOWTO and may be for the authors if they like so. The
wiki is usefull when the HOWTO needs collective access.
