Has anyone considered including an &licenseGPL; or
&licenseGFDL; entity in (can this be in ldp.dsl? It
would make the most sense)?

I'm never quite sure how to include the license. If it
could be made a simple, standard thing...

<appendix>
  &licenseGFDL;
</appendix>

... instead of having to copy and paste the whole
license in, leading to differently-marked up versions
and other ugliness.

Does this seem like a good idea to anyone else?
