Correct.
You just don't get it do you.
No-one maintains a howto *FOR THE LDP*
They maintain HOWTOs for their (often loosely defined) community.

Again: the LDP *claims* to offer a service to the community. It claims to
collect and maintain useful information.
But it seems that this has been forgotten.
Some (by no means all!!) who hang out here are more interested in hoarding than
sharing and helping.
