this is an egg and chicken story.
no link from the tlpd web site, no user, no...
so I began using it, but this should be seen on tldp home page, and
minimum instructions given how to format the content to get a nice
docbook translation (or is this in the author guide? I, of course,
didn't read it recently :-)
