I was just made aware of the ldp wiki:

http://wiki.tldp.org/moin.cgi/LDP

I just setup my own page. Before going further, I would like to see
some anti-spam system installed.

I manage several wikis. Some are Mediawiki, pretty hard to manage. I
stopped using one because the underlying code was never updated and
the wiki impossible to make spam resistant. The others
(fr.opensuse.org) never have spam, I'm only bsysop, not admin so I
don't know how they do. Probably asking fot a login is enough?

I personaly use PmWiki (http://new.dodin.org) with only one authorized
user (me) and my LUG's PmWiki (http://www.culte.org) with several
passwords. None of them are ever spammed.

The simpler way to acheive this is to set one passwd only for any open
page, giving here (may be in the mail signature) the password. For my
LUG it's R-CULTe :-))

no robot is able to go through and if this happen eventually, it's
easy to change the pass.

of course there are other systems.

but this is very important, because nobody will beging working if even
the home page is not what it should be
