This was wrong. The subject of the "I volunteer" message was shown as
the RAID Howto so at first glance I thought it was sent to the discuss
list. But actually is was just sent to just a few individuals. But I
hope that if and when new volunteers actually do something, it gets
posted on the discuss list.
