Where I come down on this is that, when people repeatedly refuse to send
in their existing HOWTO texts to ####@####.#### -- the documented
submission process -- and instead want external hyperlinks to their Web
sites, I figure they're not worth the trouble of adopting their work and
submitting it on their behalf (if licensing allows). For one thing,
they might then complain about LDP's republication, despite licensing
that permits that very thing, and who needs the hassle?
