I've looked through some of the DocBook tags (http://docbook.org/tdg/html/quickref.html), and don't see a "maintainer" tag. When somebody takes over as the maintainer of a document, what tag should they use? I see a few possibilities: Author Collab Editor Other Credit Should a new "maintainer" tag be considered?
