Drag locking is a feature of the mouse driver that allows
a low dexterity person to do a drag without having to hold
down a trackball button, while simultaneously moving the ball.
Use of this feature is not built in to any of the distro or X11
configure programs. The only way to use this feature (currently)
is to edit /etc/X11/xorg.conf.
There is extremely brief documentation in the mousedrv man page.
I want to document in detail how to do this.
I am currently only in the thinking/planning/outlining/finding sources
phase.
I have never written a howto before.
Any suggestions appreciated.
