Yes and it will create SGML or XML.

24.95 one-time or 59.95 (12 month subscription) per seat. As I stated if I
could get several people lined up to purchase it, I would be happy to
reduce the cost.
I am not trying to make a killing off the LDP (I will reserve that for
other entities such as Xerox ;)) but I would like to make a little bit.

Yes, but I don't think the LDP should. I think it should be used by the
authors themselves. Especially, as it is a commercial product and
contains a per seat license.
