I believe that we are talking about 2 different issues:

1. Not too many editors
2. Wiki for docs
    2a. Some people want an official site
    2b. Some people think that the wiki setup by Brian is unofficial.

From my perspective, everyone can be happy with regards to problem no.
2. Brian's wiki URL can be added as an unofficial wiki for docs. It
may be mentioned that it is an unofficial wiki. But atleast there will
be a link and the readers may benefit from it.
